Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of truck drivers, assign routes, and manage driver schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Coordinate with dispatchers to plan efficient transportation routes and monitor driver performance to meet delivery targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of trucks, ensure proper maintenance, and address any repair or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements:

- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record and familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of transportation logistics, route planning, and maintenance procedures.
