Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Visitors: Welcome guests with a warm and courteous demeanor. Provide assistance, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Professionally handle incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Visitor Log: Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges when required for security purposes.
  • Mail Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distribution.
  • Communication: Relay messages and information to staff promptly and accurately.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform basic clerical tasks, including typing, faxing, and scanning documents.

Qualifications:
