Responsibilities:
- Ride racehorses during exercise sessions, following specific training plans provided by trainers.
- Perform warm-up and cool-down exercises, as well as varied exercise routines, including gallops, trots, and walks, to build stamina and maintain fitness levels.
- Monitor the health and behavior of horses during exercise sessions, noting any irregularities or signs of fatigue or distress.

- Assist in grooming, tacking, and general care of the horses before and after exercise sessions.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the safety and well-being of the horses during all exercise activities.
- Maintain accurate records of exercise routines, observations, and any necessary information related to the horses’ care.
