Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and reorder supplies as necessary.
    • Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
  3. Bookkeeping Assistance:
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.
    • Reconcile expenses, prepare invoices, and process payments.
    • Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  4. Documentation and Filing:
    • Maintain an efficient filing system for physical and digital documents.
    • Ensure documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.

Qualifications:
