Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home

• Plan and prepare meals and snacks for children

• Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

• Assist with homework and school projects (if applicable)

• Maintain a daily schedule including naps, meals, play, and learning

• Light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, washing children’s laundry)

• Drop off and pick up children from school or activities (if required)

• Monitor children’s health and notify parents of any concerns

• Follow instructions and routines set by the parents

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or childcare worker

• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education is a plus

• Valid driver’s license (if transportation is required)

• Trustworthy, reliable, patient, and nurturing

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

• Background check and references required

Working Conditions:

• Home-based environment

• May involve extended hours, especially for live-in positions

• Physical activity including lifting, playing, and being on your feet for extended periods

Tasks

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
