Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival at the hotel reception or cashier desk.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in room charges, taxes, and other fees.
- Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier desk and surrounding area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping as needed.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
