Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry Work: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials to construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs for buildings and other structures.
- Installation: Install doors, windows, stairs, shelves, cabinets, and other wooden structures, ensuring all installations meet design specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the necessary materials and measurements for each project.
- Repairs & Renovations: Perform repairs and modifications to existing structures, including fixing damaged frames, stairs, and doorways, as well as executing renovations and remodeling work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, such as electricians, plumbers, and project managers, to ensure timely completion and adherence to design plans.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes, ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with local and national standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, is level, square, and secure, and is free of defects.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program is a plus.
