We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our farm team as a General Farm Worker. The General Farm Worker will assist with various tasks related to the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of crops, as well as the care of livestock and other farm animals. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and field crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, including tractors, plows, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Prepare soil for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and applying pesticides or herbicides as needed.
- Monitor crop health and growth, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Assist with the care and feeding of livestock, poultry, or other farm animals, including feeding, watering, and cleaning animal housing.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm buildings, fences, and equipment.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of farm products and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively as part of a team, following instructions from farm supervisors and managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including storage areas, equipment sheds, and barns.

Requirements:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery safely and effectively, or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of crop cultivation practices, animal care, and farm maintenance tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the farm.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to farm work.
