Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other service personnel.
  • Ensure the quality of food preparation, presentation, and service meets company standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Train, schedule, and oversee staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
