Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to execute installations and repairs accurately.
- Test electrical systems and components to identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, utilizing testing devices and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, or engineers to plan and execute electrical installations or upgrades.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical components, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Document work performed, maintain records, and prepare reports on electrical systems and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (X years) as an Electrical Mechanic or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
- Proficiency in electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled in using electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
