Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation:
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting up necessary equipment.
- Ensure the work area is safe and secure, following all safety guidelines.
- Concrete Mixing and Transport:
- Prepare concrete by mixing cement, sand, aggregate, and water according to specifications.
- Transport mixed concrete to the construction site using wheelbarrows, buckets, or concrete trucks.
- Concrete Pouring:
- Assist in pouring and spreading concrete into forms or molds, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
- Work alongside concrete finishers to maintain a smooth and level surface.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as power trowels, concrete saws, and vibrators.
- Perform routine inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Finishing and Curing:
- Aid in finishing concrete surfaces by smoothing and texturing using hand tools or power equipment.
- Implement curing techniques to promote proper concrete strength and durability.
- Clean-Up:
- Remove excess concrete, forms, and debris from the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent safety hazards.
- Safety Compliance:
