Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and manage office supplies.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors and direct them appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills:
