Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and manage office supplies.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors and direct them appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments or teams as needed.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
