Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Ensure a positive first impression of the company.
  2. Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.
  3. Scheduling and Appointments: Manage appointment calendars for staff members, schedule meetings, and assist with conference room bookings.
  4. Mail and Email Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Monitor and respond to general email inquiries.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  6. Visitor Assistance: Escort visitors to meetings and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
  7. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring reading materials and company information are readily available.

Qualifications:
