Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  2. Communication:
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
    • Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.
    • Draft and edit documents, memos, and reports.
  3. Scheduling:
    • Maintain and update office calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Coordinate conference room bookings.
    • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff when necessary.
  4. Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records, including contact lists and inventory.
    • Assist in data entry and management of databases or CRM systems.
  5. Supplies and Inventory:
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
    • Keep track of inventory and order supplies when necessary.
  6. Event Coordination:

  7. Technical Support:
