Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to drive marketing strategy.
